This project is located in an open and sun-rich area in Slovenia, aiming to fully utilize the local solar energy resources and provide clean and sustainable electric energy for the surrounding areas. Since its preparation, this project has attracted much attention. It is not only an important part of Pure Solar’s layout in the European market but also expected to become a demonstration project in the field of new energy utilization in Slovenia, promoting the further development of the local green energy cause.
Innovative Choice of Materials and Components
Due to the limited bearing capacity of the building structure, it is impossible to install traditional glass solar panels. After extensive research and testing, the project team finally selected a roof membrane material based on PVC. This material has good flexibility and durability and can effectively carry out the solar energy conversion function without adding excessive burden to the roof. Meanwhile, Pure Solar’s local partner in Slovenia decisively chose Pure Solar’s 400wp lightweight flexible components. These components stand out for their high photoelectric conversion efficiency, lightness, and flexibility, maximizing power output within the limited roof space. With a total installation scale of 100 components, a total installed capacity of 40KW has been achieved, which is sufficient to meet the daily electricity needs of a certain surrounding area.
