In the global wave of accelerating transformation towards clean energy, the photovoltaic industry is experiencing vigorous development. Pure Solar is advancing a highly representative large-scale roof distributed photovoltaic project in Nantong, China. With an installed capacity of 3MW, this project adds a significant touch to the clean energy landscape.

A crucial challenge confronted by this project lies in the load-bearing limitations of the metal roof. Traditional glass solar panels were ill-suited for installation. However, leveraging innovative technology, Pure Solar selected 520wp ultra-lightweight modules, weighing only about 3kg per square meter, successfully resolving this issue. This not only ensures the smooth progress of the project but also fully demonstrates the remarkable adaptability and outstanding performance of lightweight photovoltaic modules in scenarios with load-bearing constraints.

On a global scale, due to building structural problems or insufficient load-bearing capacity, numerous rooftops are unable to accommodate traditional photovoltaic modules, thus restricting their energy potential. The advent of lightweight photovoltaic modules offers an ideal solution to this predicament. It breaks through the limitations of traditional photovoltaic installation, opening up new avenues for the efficient utilization of rooftop resources.
