Pure Solar Launches New Products: 390W~400W & 430W~440W Monocrystalline Silicon Lightweight Flexible Solar Panels

Pure Solar, a company with a reputable presence in the solar energy sector, has recently announced the launch of two new products: 390W~400W and 430W~440W monocrystalline silicon lightweight flexible solar panels. The release of these two products marks a significant step forward for Pure Solar in terms of technological innovation and product diversification.

I. Lightweight design, Weight Reduced by Half

The newly launched 390W~400W and 430W~440W monocrystalline silicon lightweight flexible solar panels have attracted widespread attention due to their remarkable lightweight characteristics. Using optimized composite materials, these panels are 60% lighter than traditional glass components of the same power. This means that during transportation, carrying, and installation, users can significantly reduce their burden and improve work efficiency. The lightweight design not only facilitates ease of use for individuals and small teams but also provides more flexible solutions for large-scale solar energy projects.

II. Resin Fiber Strength Enhancement, Cracking Issues Resolved

In addition to the lightweight design, Pure Solar’s new products also incorporate resin fiber strength enhancement technology. The introduction of this technology allows the modulus of the panels to reach 1300MPa, significantly improving the overall strength of the components. This not only addresses the issue of easy cracking in traditional panels but also enhances their durability and stability. Users do not have to worry about damage or performance degradation in harsh weather or complex environments.

III. Self-Developed Polymer Material, Efficient Photoelectric Conversion

Pure Solar has also achieved significant results in material research and development. Their self-developed polymer material has a light transmittance exceeding 91%, far surpassing traditional solar panels. This means that during the photoelectric conversion process, there are almost no obstacles, allowing for maximum capture and utilization of sunlight. Additionally, this material has superior UV-blocking capabilities, ensuring that the panels maintain high power generation efficiency over their 25-year lifespan. This innovation not only enhances the performance of the panels but also extends their service life.

IV. Integrated Design, Simplifies Transportation and Installation

To facilitate users, Pure Solar has incorporated an integrated component and installation structure concept into the design of its new products. This means that the panels and installation structures are assembled in the factory, eliminating the need for cumbersome on-site installation by users. This design not only simplifies the transportation and handling process but also eliminates traditional support systems, saving installation costs and time. Both individual users and large project teams can easily enjoy efficient and convenient solar power generation experiences.

The head of Pure Solar stated, “We are very proud to launch these two new products, which will further complete our series of lightweight flexible solar panels. We expect these products to bring convenience and efficient solar energy solutions to more users.”

The launch of these new products will undoubtedly further consolidate Pure Solar’s leading position in the solar energy field and provide users with more options and a better user experience.
